Sales Administrator – Online Contact Centre

An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join an award-winning bathroom retailer with an online store and retail showrooms throughout the UK. Based in Leigh, Wigan, the successful Sales Administrator will earn a £17,500 to £18,000 depending on experience.

As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for providing an outstanding and professional shopping experience to all customers whilst making sales through leads generated via email and telephone. The main duties of the Sales Administrator include: 

– Achieving/exceeding targets put in place by up-selling and cross selling from leads via phone and emails
– Achieving/exceeding targets put in place for Trade Scheme sign ups and sales
– Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for through any of online virtual stores
– Ensuring customers have a great shopping experience
– Responsible for dealing with customer complaints right through to resolve with the support of your management team
– Answering queries from customers via both email and phone
– Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
– Sales order processing through our virtual online stores
– Downloading of orders and processing payments
– Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor

The successful Sales Administrator will ideally have knowledge of inventory techniques and a comprehensive understanding of inbound telesales and delivering customer satisfaction. In addition, you will possess the following qualities:
