Software Engineer C#

C# Software Engineer to design and develop web-based enterprise software using the latest technologies and frameworks.

C# software engineers should possess a minimum of four years’ experience working in a similar role developing dynamic.NET applications (including web applications and web services) using the following technologies:

” Microsoft.Net Framework (.Net 3.5 to 4.5); ASP.Net 3.5 and above, using C#.Net

” Microsoft Visual Studio 2012

” Microsoft ASP.NET MVC 3 or above and Web API.

” HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT

” Ability to layout web pages ready for end user

” AJAX, jQuery and other JavaScript frameworks

” Developing.NET Web Services/Windows Communication Foundation

” Developing using Linq-to-SQL or Entity Framework

” Relational Database Technologies; Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and above

” W3C Web Standards and Accessibility best practice

” Excellent understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including Agile development methodology.

Experience of any of the following technologies and software packages would be nice to have:

” Windows server management and maintenance including;

” Internet Information Server (IIS), DNS, SMTP, IMAP, POP, Exchange, SQL Server

” Microsoft Team Foundation Server

” Microsoft Dynamics

” Sharepoint development

” Windward Autotag 9 and above

” Alfresco Document Repository
