RMN – Private Hospital

Clinical Nurse – (£22,000-£27,000) – Warrington

Time Recruitment is looking to recruit a full time, permanent Clinical nurse’s to work within an award winning private hospital in the Chester area. Our client is a leading provider of independent healthcare in the UK specialising in the rehabilitation for people with a Brain Injury, Autistic Spectrum Conditions, Deafness and Mental Health issues, in addition to a wide range of neurological conditions. They are committed to providing the highest possible quality of patient centred care that respects the rights for dignity, privacy and individuality.

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Clinical Nurse, have excellent clinical skills and be competent in working within a multidisciplinary team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

– To lead the development of clinical policies, protocols and procedures in the unit.

– To ensure that nursing practice is consistent with evidence based practice/clinical guidelines.

– To develop effective and robust communication systems within the unit.

– To promote and maintain a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients in line with the Group’s risk management strategy and policies.

– To ensure the legibility and accuracy of patient/nursing records and to monitor compliance with NMC standards for record keeping.

– To ensure due regard is given to the customs, values and spiritual beliefs of patients/clients.

– To ensure that nursing care is based on sound current research, encouraging and initiating nursing audit and research, and assisting with the implementation of findings where appropriate.

– To exercise effective professional leadership and maintain an awareness of the individual needs of the nursing team.

– The successful candidate must have Autism experience.

This is a full time, permanent, day’s position offering a competitive salary of between £26,400 – £32,400 per annum including excellent benefits such as pension, life assurance, subsidised meals, discount vouchers for various stores, childcare vouchers.
