Data Analyst

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

I am currently supporting a leading technology-based company in the heart of Leeds city centre who are looking to a recruit an analyst Developer. (SQL developer / SQL Analyst / BI Analyst)

As a Reporting Analyst Developer, you will own the process of turning data into insight and be given significant freedom to define, plan and deliver your own workload (within the framework of our overall data and reporting strategy.)

To be considered for this position:

* You will have experience with at least one modern BI package (Tableau preferred, but not essential)

* You will be able to work with data within a SQL Server environment

* You will have experience of working with stakeholders to define requirements and turn these into actionable plans and specifications for deliverables

* You will be organised, efficient and capable of managing your time effectively

* If you have any experience of Visual Studio, Jira and Git, Octopus Deploy and/or Scrum or other Agile methodologies that would be highly beneficial

In the future my client are looking to move a large amount of their workload across to Microsoft Azure, which will in turn give them access to a number of new tools and operating systems to work with too.

This role is required immediately and with a base salary between £36,000 – £48,000depending upon experience.
