Our Client who have offices in Manchester, London and Bromley is looking for an MOJ Portal Paralegal to join the business as a result of major re-structure and investment.

Qualification and other skills:
•Organised
•Minimum 12 months PI experience in an RTA and / or Clinical Negligence capacity
•Understand the vetting process
•Be able to determine the validity of a case
•Must have stage 1 and 2 MOJ Portal experience
•Motivated and driven
•Hard working
•Able to use own initiative but work within defined parameters
•Able to prioritise
•Keen to go the extra mile to impress clients
•Confident on the telephone
•Personable and fit into the team
•Able to hit targets
•Keen to learn

Competencies
•Quality and Client Service – to regularly monitor and actively manage the standard and quality of work produced. To actively manage and develop customer relationships with clients. Co-ordinating and supporting the efforts of the team/division.
•Financial – active involvement in the delivery of the annual budget through the generation of fee income and ongoing monitoring of expenditure.
•Marketing – proactively seek new business opportunities from existing and new clients by working closely with Marketing/Business Development.
