Paralegal

Salary: £27,600 – £28,800 per year

£27,600 – £28,800 per annum + Competitive Benefits

We are looking for a dynamic Paralegal to join our clients growing Agricultural Property department within a market leading regional law firm based in Cambridgeshire.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a private practice, be confident and professional in addressing clients and looking to grow their knowledge in this area.

Tasks will include:

* Producing legal documentation as required

* Drafting of basic contracts, deeds, documents and letters

* Drafting financial statements

* Researching and preparing appropriate property searches

* Engaging in legal research as appropriate

* Basic correspondence and telephone calls on client matters

* Displaying an appreciation of legal procedures

The successful candidate will be a true team player who can maximise the operational efficiency of the team whilst delivering high standards of legal work and client care. You will also possess good drafting and research skills, as well as excellent IT and communication skills.
