JOB PERMANENT- HIGH WYCOMBE £16K – £18K CIRCA

Your new company
Based on the edge of High Wycombe our client have established facilities across the UK and offer a great service to their members within the sporting industry. They also offer catering services and conferences on location and are seeking a administrator to join their small but busy team.

Your new role
Working and supporting the sales team, Food and Beverage team and Retail Team you will be required to action revenue control via banking and reconciliation of monies and credit transactions, Cost controls including petty cash, change orders, and purchase ledgers via weekly invoice batching, update and manage employee HR files and the weekly payroll spreadsheet, management of sales aged debtors and the processing of direct debits,
administration of sales and membership enquiries and the processing of new members as well as data entry for player card holders on to the system, update and maintain the website, KPI reporting and covering the phones when needed.

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must be a clear communicator, both verbally and written with attention to detail, confident and already experienced within an office working environment. You must also be proficient in Microsoft packages, comfortable with Excel and spread sheets, a team worker and an interest in sports (desirable)
