The Business Manager will take responsibility for the operational and new business management to three sectors- Industrial, Driving and an On-Site Account.

The Role:
As a Business Manager, you will lead your own recruitment business, and evidence a successful operational billing background. You will also develop and manage recruiters, taking responsibility for a P&L and growing existing and new business.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Successful career history gained through the recruitment industry
* Manage effectively and operate within a multi sector operation, as well having the ability to deliver results on a consistent basis.
* Successful proven history of new business development
* Relevant Sector expertise; Driving, Industrial, Commercial, Construction & Manufacturing
* A Proven background in client retention and operational management
* Proven experience of managing within a recruitment business, and be able to evidence a successful operational billing background.
* Previous experience of developing and managing recruiters, taking responsibility for a P&L and growing existing and new business are all essentials for this role.
