Quantity Surveyor x2

You will become part of a successful and busy commercial department working alongside established surveyors managing projects from tender stage through to final account. You will take financial responsibility for projects allocated and liaise with relevant estimating department, contract manager, site managers, sub-contractors, and client to provide and control the financial and contract documentation for projects.

You will:

* Have a relevant HNC/Degree in Quantity Surveying – Highly beneficial but not essential

* Minimum of three years within a UK Contractor

* Relevant contractor experience highly beneficial

* Experience of managing projects independently from tender through to final account

* Experience of managing JCT Forms of Contracts, knowledge of NEC and PPC2000 contractual obligations

* Commercially and contractually aware

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills and be polished client facing

* Fully IT literate

* Flexible when need regarding location and hours when required

* Full UK Drivers Licence

* Stable work history
