Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is a large corporate organisation looking for energetic and hardworking Hospitality Assistants on an ad hoc temporary basis.
You will be reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you will be providing hospitality and housekeeping requirements at the company’s meeting spaces and marketing and meeting room suite in the heart of the City.
Duties:
* Preparation and set up/clearing down of meeting spaces following a room booking
schedule
* Delivery of food and beverages to the rooms
* Ensures that all meeting spaces are kept clean and tidy and well stocked
* Generally assist with all day to day housekeeping and maintenance of the marketing
suite and meeting spaces
* Replenishes kitchen fridges and food cupboards on a daily basis.
* Checks stocks of kitchen and catering supplies and prepares orders for the
Hospitality Manager as often as required.
* Liaises with the Hospitality Manager and IT department in respect of any issues in
relation to meeting room AV equipment.
* Maintains meeting room stationery/brochure levels.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in Corporate Hospitality is essential
* Must have previous experience of setting up meeting rooms
* Flexibility needed around working hours to meet the needs of the business on
occasions.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
* Friendly and enthusiastic, but able to project a professional approach to both
external and internal clients.
