Impact Ltd is a professional outsourced contact centre providing a wide range of business solutions and employing around 180 staff.

We are currently recruiting for a part time catering assistant to work with our full time Catering Assistant in providing drinks and light refreshments to our busy call centre and warehouse teams.

This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to provide a friendly and professional service which will be a run as a non-profit service by the Company.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide hot and cold drinks to staff working in a busy call centre and warehouse by delivering drinks to staff workstations – drinks are provided free by the Company
Preparing sandwiches and other light snacks including cash handling for food orders
Cleaning of catering and service equipment to the highest hygiene standards
Maintain health and safety, quality and trust policy and procedures
Make drinks and light refreshments for clients and other guests as required
Manage own time effectively with little supervision as this will be a standalone role
Provide assistance to external food and hygiene inspections as required by law
Provide support to outside caterers for Company update meetings other special events
Ensure all stock is stored appropriately and used in rotation
Assist with stock taking as required and prepare shopping lists

Skills and Experience:
Catering background including food preparation and food hygiene standards
Health and Safety requirements including infection control and Food Hygiene
Food hygiene certificate
Manual handling and other health and safety experience
Cash handling experience

Hours
Primarily Monday to Friday 10:00 – 15:00

£9360 (£26,000 per year) for 25 hour week
