Our client is a re-active maintenance and refurbishment contractor based in Surrey that work within the residential, commercial and retail sectors. Their projects span throughout London and the South East with values averaging from £1k to £50k. They have an excellent reputation for their projects completed and despite the current climate have experienced substantial growth within their market sectors over the past 12 months.

Due to this growth they are now seeking to appoint a Contract Manager / Surveyor to join their team. This will involve managing various sites both commercially and operationally, compiling prices for projects and becoming a key member of their team.

You will:

* Have a relevant Degree in Construction (Highly desirable)

* Experience of managing multiple projects within residential, commercial and retail sectors with values ranging up to £50k.

* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Be commercially and contractually aware

* A stable work history

* A strong desire to achieve and be able to work well within a team.

* Hold a Full UK Drivers Licence

As this position is within a small – medium sized contractor you will play a key role within the future development of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenging position where they can be fully involved in managing projects from pre-contract stage through to final account and handover.

The salary for this position is c£60,000 – £66,000+ Package.
