Salary: £26,000 per year
This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Hollyfield Personnel who are operating as an employment business.
Our client based in South Birmingham are looking for 4 Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team on a 12 month contract. This role is based on expansion within the company.
Duties include:
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls from internal and external clients
- Processing orders and updating the in house database
- Resolving enquiries by email or phone
- Advising clients on different types of products
- General administration duties
Successful candidates must have:
- Optical experience essential
- Previous experience working within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
- Strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
Salary:
£20,040 plus £ 1189 bonus per annum
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ( 1 Saturday in every 4 )
