The Company:
Our client is a well established international logistics company

Main duties:
To help the busy and international freight team.

The Role:
– To liaise with the freight forwarding and operations teams
– To develop relationships with existing clients
– To accurately input data-entry of clients? orders and deliveries
– To coordinate daily loads and create reports & updates
– To handle international export and import documents
– To liaise and coordinate with subcontractors
– To handle enquiries and contract rates with clients

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English (written and spoken)
– Fluent in French, Polish or German (written and spoken)
– Additional fluent in other European languages would be ideal
– Previous experience in an Administrative environment
– Previous experience or knowledge in Logistics or Shipping (Air, Sea and Road) – ideally
– Proactive and enthusiastic personality
– Team player and good communicator
– Computer literate (MS Dos and Excel)
