Salary: £42,000 – £60,000 per year
RTL engineer – DSP | Asembler | C++ – Cambridge

My client are seeking an RTL Design Engineer to focus on the design of DSP Processor cores for blue-chip companies. You will also have a strong understanding of C/ C++
The Opportunity:
Working as a part of a team, as a graduate engineer you will have some or all of the following responsibilities:
◾Involvement in complete design cycle: specification, architecture, RTL design, Synthesis trials, verification, customer support
◾Digital RTL design using VHDL or Verilog
◾Verification using latest techniques and methodologies (System Verilog, UVM, Formal etc)
◾Work with latest EDA design tools
◾Prototyping using Emulation Systems and FPGA
C++/SystemC
Target Capabilities and Skills:
The successful candidate may have some of the following skills:
◾ RTL Design
◾Verification using System Verilog, UVM, Specman or formal tools
◾Knowledge of advanced computer architecture
◾Programming in assembler or C
◾Scripting in TCL, Python or Perl
