Are you skilled at growing your customer accounts and building relationships? If so, then my client is looking for an account executive to join our internal team. They now have an exciting working from home role, they will provide extensive training, a laptop and headset.
You will be responsible for all inbound contact with your new customers and will increase revenue by identifying new business through cross selling and upselling our services.
On a day to day, you will…
* Onboard all new customers
* Manage existing client relationships, whilst upselling and cross selling services
* Receiving inbound client calls regarding accounts
* Maximise growth potential and reduce revenue losses with customer base
Experience required …
* Previous experience of working within account management or sales environments
* Previously cross and upsold services or products
* Skilled in building and leveraging relationships over the phone
* Strong negotiation skills
