Freelance Site Agent

Salary: £360 – £384 per day

PSR Solutions are working together with a tier one civils infrastructure contractor to hire a Site Agent to manage an 8 month civils package as part of a construction project in West Yorkshire.

Ideally, the Site Agent will have experience working with a tier one contractor; management of sub-contractors as well as excellent groundworks knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Overall control of works up to DPC, groundworks, 278 works, slabs, and prep for steel work.
• Resource allocation for the project
• Reporting to contracts/ framework management staff on budget control and programme updates
• Ensure safe site practices are enforced throughout
• Regular client updates and progress reports
• Management of overall construction programme

Skills & Experience

• Preferably an Engineering background, with civil engineering or building qualifications
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• National Water hygiene card
• Excellent man-management and sub-contractor management
• Strong leadership and motivational qualities
• Great time management
• Team Player
