Salary: £27,600 – £31,200 per year
Here at Axiom we are looking for a Sales assistant to join our client based in Harold Hill within the trade counter. Candidates must have previous experience working within a customer service / sales role.
Within the role you will be expected to:
* Process customer orders using the SAP (CRM) system.
* Provide sound advice to customers on our product range.
* As orders come in via multiple routes, you will be expected to handle customer enquires over the phone, via email and face to face.
* Within the Trade Counter we have a warehouse, therefore a part of the role may include general warehouse duties including support for stock take and keeping stock levels at the required levels.
