An experienced Stores Person or Trade Counter with electrical equipment experience in Barnsley is required to work for a prestigious client. This position is being offered by a large and well-known FTSE250 FM Outsourcing business. You will be expected to maintain and control adequate stock levels at portfolio levels, maximizing service delivery requirements with suppliers and portfolio management team. You will be Responsible for control and quarterly reporting of recyclable materials, issue and receipt of all purchased items to stock or engineers, perpetual stock counting and weekly variation reports to management team. You will also control portfolio stock values at location level, with particular emphasis on high value lamps and control gear.

Position requirements
* Creating and processing of Material requisitions utilising NPA suppliers, and business purchasing systems.
* Confirming delivery dates with management team, highlighting delays with supply on specific requirements. Goods receipt, material transfers, daily perpetual count’s, Inter portfolio stock transfers,
* Batch creation of programmed materials for specific client works.
* Control engineer returns,
* Vendor collection and quarterly reporting of recyclable lamps.
* Maintain filing systems of delivery notes, orders etc. for auditing purposes.
* Maintain high levels of communication with management team and national inventory manager

Candidate requirements
* Good levels of Mathematics and English essential
* Computer literacy IT Systems
* MS Word and Xcel
* Manual handling
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Team work
* Desirable knowledge of lighting components, electrical equipment, and stores controls.
