Pest Control Technician

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

Our client is looking for a Pest Control Technician to cover the Isle of Skye and surrounding areas.

This may suit applicants in the Skye or Fort William areas.

This is an exciting permanent position with varied work and a competitive salary.

The successful candidate will have a background in pest control or game keeping and a passion to make a career in the industry.

They will also be highly customer focused and able to use their own initiative in dealing with a variety of different issues when treating infestations of vermin and pests. The role will involve working in a variety of premises such as offices, farms, factories and peoples homes. You will also use different chemicals for a variety of different insect pets and vertebrate pests.

Skills/Experience

RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management preferable

Driving licence:- Minor points may be considered

Good Customer care and Communication skills:- essential

Be able to work alone and use own initiative

Ability to manage and organise own workload

Experience in dealing with Different Pest and vermin issues

Normal Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm but must be flexible for emergency call outs.
