Position: Regional Maintenance Manager
Location: Manchester (but covering Northern region)
Salary: £62,400 – £63,600
Duration: Permanent

THE ROLE

Greenacre Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Regional Maintenance Manager for a Student Accommodation organisation with units across the northern region including Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds. The role can be based at the most local campus to you, but extensive travel throughout your region will be necessary. The business has demonstrated exponential growth since entering into the market and your role will be key to maintaining the quality and smooth running of the campus facilities.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing all planned and responsive maintenance across the region, ensuring statutory compliance, and quality of work is maintained.
• Act as the client for all Hard FM based service contracts, ensuring VFM is achieved at all times.
• Managing all CapEx refurbs and planned works are carried out on time and on budget.
• Develop the maintenance plan and oversee the delivery of all works across the region.
• Develop technical specifications and budgets for Hard FM and planned works.
• Working collaboratively across the business to ensure all company objectives are met.
• Provide technical advice on all property and FM matters across the business.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical knowledge of building services/property services/M&E (ideally within a student accommodation setting).
• Strong technical knowledge of statutory compliance and certification within the built environment.
• Extensive experience of managing a multi-site Hard FM environment, ideally including hospitality, higher education or property services.
