Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

ESTATE AGENCY REGIONAL MANAGER

35K TO 45K BASIC SALARY WITH AN EXCELLENT UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE, OTE 80K PLUS

Our client is a very well established award winning Property company who have been voted the ‘best estate agent’ over numerous years. They offer a slightly different approach to traditional estate agency and are extremely successful. With a focus on employee training, development and growth, they offer a rewarding professional environment with lots of structure and support. We are now looking for an Estate Agency Regional Manager to lead a remote and office Sales team. This would suit an individual with a strong background in Estate Agency or Property Valuations and some great experience in coaching and developing staff.

MAIN DUTIES

* Managing a remote based team of Estate agency valuers and Negotiators across the UK

* Responsible for all recruitment, training, coaching and performance management

* Setting and reviews of targets, conducting one to ones and appraisals

* Managing daily activities and results

* Valuing locally where extra support is needed

* Participating in management meetings

* Contributing to the growth of the business

* Being part of the Senior management team and participating in strategy meetings and plans

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Ideally will possess strong Property experience

* Have experience of managing sales staff, Valuers or Estate agency branches or similar

* Strong background in performance management and training of staff

* Great communication and leadership skills with the ability to really motivate a team

* Commercially savvy and an experienced senior manager

* Ambitious with a desire to progress

* Commission focused and target driven
