Foster Carer
Full job description
Five Rivers
Salary: £505.2 per week
Become a Foster Carer with Five Rivers
Transform the lives of children and young people, whilst working from home as part of a professional team in your role as a Foster Carer.
As a Foster Carer with Five Rivers you will benefit from excellent benefits which include:
* Professional support 24/7
* Training and Development opportunities
* Fostering Allowance in excess of £505.2 per week
* Benefits including 14 days holiday allowance, with additional days accruing to reward longevity of service.
Five Rivers is able to offer its Foster Carers all of the above because it is a Social Enterprise which has been in existence since 1989. This means that the organisation invests heavily in its services it provides to Foster Carers and the children in their care, rather than paying dividends or other reimbursements to share-holders as is the case with many Independent Fostering Agencies.
The transformational changes for children and young people our Foster Carers are able to achieve, and the service they receive in this role is recognised by Ofsted with all our services being judged as Outstanding or Good.
