A top tier consultancy firm are looking for Facilities Management Consultant to oversee service agreements with a varied sector of client.
The role will off you a solid career within a top tier consultancy firm, to work within the Asset and Property Management division. They are looking for someone who is looking for a steady career, which will add value to the service.
Location: Central East London
Offer; Permanent Contract; £40,000 -50,000 + Benefits (negotiable)
Overview of the position:
* The client is looking for qualified and experienced facilities management consultant professional who has background across various sectors.
* You will be ensuring the clients service delivery and levels are aligned for core business requirements. Deliver, design and procure FM models
* The service agreements are in line with costs and value for money
* Meet and consult clients to provide independent facilities management advice to implement change, reduce costs, and improvement planning.
About you:
* Facilities management qualifications and degree educated
* Must have a solid consultancy Facilities Management background
* Member of BIFM
