Full time permanent role
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Support Worker for a service which supports adults who have multiple and profound learning disabilities with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking and various activities such as cinema trips, day trips, local walks and shopping.
Essential:
* Experience providing support to people with learning disabilities and varying support needs
* Someone who has some experience of shift leading or supervising ideally
* Able to manage own time and work under pressure
* Good communication skills
* Flexible to cover the rota when needed across 7 days
Desirable: Hold a full valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
