Plant Operator

Salary: £26,000 per year

Plant Operator, DN20 area, £12,792 – £17,179, Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5pm

Our client is a growing company with a unique opportunity as a Plant Operator. The role is varied and would include technical duties which would be taught as well as supporting administrative despatch duties which would also be taught.

We are looking for someone with a willingness to learn and an interest in technical subjects or who can demonstrate a mechanical aptitude.

We would welcome applications from candidates who have experience as a Plant Operator, Technician or who have a mechanical aptitude but we would also welcome applications from school leavers or college leavers with no experience who are looking to work in a technical based role.

Plant Operator / Technician duties will include;

* Maintenance and inspection of gas vessels

* Performing leak checks

* Materials despatch

* Updating records for maintenance

* Booking in new gas vessels

* Driving a FLT – You would be fully trained on site
