Salary: £27,600 – £31,200 per year
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join the team.
As a Care Coordinator you will have a minimum of 1 years domiciliary care experience, have your own car and live within the local area. With strong organisational skills, you`ll be a confident team player and a good communicator. Working for an established and friendly organisation who genuinely care about what they do. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Care Coordinator to join a growing team.
The main duties of the role will be managing the rostering and growth of a specified area within the business.
* First point of contact for customers and carers, providing advice on service related matters.
* Scheduling carer rota’s, ensuring all visits are efficiently coordinated taking customer preferences, locations and staff availability into account.
* Ensuring that holiday, sickness and emergency calls are efficiently covered and all affected parties communicated with.
* Managing carers annual leave whilst ensuring sufficient and consistent carers cover for customers in consultation with the HR Administrator.
* Ensuring carers induction, training, supervision and appraisal is rostered effectively.
