The Executive Search firm

This executive Search firm are looking to hire two Graduate Researchers to work of key assignments with their Private Equity partners. You will research across a range of markets looking to build networks and ultimately find candidates for senior level roles in both pre and post purchase scenarios. The senior management team are industry experts and leaders in their field.

The Graduate Researcher role:

Headhunting potential candidates for specific searches.
Identifying candidates through traditional search and selection methods including, professional network building, candidate referrals, LinkedIn etc.
Market mapping talent within specific sectors
Collaborating with our consultants offering full support on candidate identification and CV acquisition.
Screening, assessing and qualifying candidates to put together shortlist.

In addition to the Research part of this recruitment role, you will also be assisting in the strategy of the company, including marketing and their online presence.
