The Company:
Our client is a well established wholesale manufacturer.

Main duties:
To be the first point of contact for international customers
To support the International Sales Operations Manager

The Role:
– To handle customer enquiries via email and over the phone
– To process orders on the internal CRM system
– To provide information about order shipment and status
– To qualify and follow-up on leads, answer commercial demands and provide sales support
– To occasionally visit customers and attend trade shows and exhibitions

The Candidate:
– Fluent in any European Language – ESSENTIAL
– Previous experience in Sales Administration
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
– Good attention to detail
– Able to meet deadlines and prioritise own workload
– A good understanding of export
– International Business would be an advantage
– IT literate

The Salary:
£20,000 p.a.
