Senior Recruitment Professional

Our highly regarded and internationally recognised client, based in Northampton are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Professional to join their team. This role is an exciting and rewarding position which would suite someone with at least a years worth of recruitment experience as a senior consultant, seeking to move from agency side to a more niche business model with ties to FTSE 250 companies with instantly recognisable brands.

Candidates will have the ability to speak to people at board level regarding high volume senior level appointments. The incumbent will be highly articulate, confident in their approach and have the ability to negotiate and navigate valuable contracts.
