Homeworking Business Travel Consultants – Full & Part Time

Our client is the UK’s leading and well established out of hours corporate travel management company that offer various travel services to business travel customers. Due to success and expansion they are now seeking full-time and part-time experienced home based travel consultants to join their friendly team. Work in the comfort of your own home and save money on commuting costs.

This exciting home based business travel role entails a wide range of tasks, this includes:

• Managing corporate clients and VIPs travel including flights, hotels, visas, jets, apartments, airport lounges, car hire, plus many more travel related products
• Offering excellent customer service
• Account managing corporate clients from start to finish
• Responsible for amendments, cancellations and schedule changes
• You will be working on a varied rota, servicing out of hours calls for corporate clients
• Ticketing

What are we looking for?
• Must have experience in business travel
• Be able to service clients out of office hours
• Be fully conversant with two GDS’s such as Amadeus, Worldspan, Galileo or Sabre
• Attention to detail
• Be able to offer impeccable level of customer service
