Registered Nurse (Days)

Salary: £21.6 per hour

We are recruiting Registered Nurse’s for our unique style Nursing Home; a big house with an even bigger heart and a character to match!

Our home is determined to surprise every visitor. Situated off a main road, its long drive opens into a lush, serene landscape that allows every individual to inhale and immerse oneself in nature. The sizeable plot ensures that the busyness of life is replaced with wildlife where the chatter of the birds, the cheeky squirrels and the furry rabbits can be enjoyed and experienced to their fullest.

The Home is currently able to cater to 31 residents and works closely with the local authorities assisting in the winter bed programme. Due to our popularity within Derby and in response to public demand, we have planning permission to extend the home by a further 21 beds.

As a Registered Nurse you will be required to:

· Assess the individual needs of the residents

· Ensure that they receive the highest standard of personal care and attention

· Have the ability and knowledge of nursing

· Ensure the well-being of the residents and meet their physical, emotional and social needs.

· Liaise with the manager and senior nurses to ensure effective communication for the benefit of clients and their family.

We would love to speak to any registered nurse who:

· A Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration

· Right to work in the UK.

· At least 6 months experience in a Nursing home or Acute/Hospital environment.

· Your Clinical practices should be up to date

· Good communication skills

· A passion for nursing
