Strategic Pricing / Marketing Specialist – Contract

A Global Technology company based in West London is looking for a Strategic Pricing and Marketing Specialist on a 9 Month Contract. You will be responsible for administering partner and distributor programs to maximise company sales and profit through partner companies in a highly efficient and productive manner. You will ensure programs comply with global guidelines and will administer the process to ensure programs are properly utilised in each region in ways that increase company sales, protect profit, and provide prompt, professional handling of any issues that directly impact the support and service to our partners.

Core Key Responsibilities:

Administer programs to ensure proper use, efficient and effective coordination, and accurate and timely handling of financials (i.e. accruals, rebates, etc).
Act as gatekeeper for contracts and other similar issues related to distributor and business partners.
Evaluate/approve/reject incentive and rebate applications. To work together with sales and the pricing department to analyse the relevant project profitability and to ensure that there is sufficient overall margin when an incentive is approved.
Evaluate/approve/reject PEP proposals. To work together with sales to analyse the relevant distributor profitability and to ensure that there is sufficient overall margin.
Provide tools to the partner & company community that will help with understanding the program and relevant processes
Conduct market research, benchmarking exercise and surveys to understand the needs of our partner community.
Provide relevant input to the marketing department for the monthly business partner & distributor newsletter
Evaluate/approve/reject marketing development fund application and redemptions. To work together with sales and the marketing department.
To perform any other duties within the scope and remit of the role.Core Key Skills:

University degree or equivalent
General marketing knowledge
Fundamental finance and accounting knowledge
Proficient in Excel ( Advanced level)
Pricing and Marketing knowledge
Proven analytical experience
