Salary: £26,400 – £30,000
Working for a well-established brand within the fashion sector, as a store manager you will be passionate about service you deliver, with a keen eye for detail, and the creativity and passion to really enthuse your team.
Reporting to the Area manager, you will have accountability for the store service and the profit you deliver.
My client is looking for forward thinking creative individual, with a passion for fashion retail with the ability to bring out the best in others using commercial and operational know-how to perform brilliantly and deliver a great operation where customers love to return.

Key Responsibilities:
– Training/ development of employees
– Manage the store KPI’s, sales & productivity targets
– Stock ordering, control & rotation
– H & S
– Presentation & maintenance of store
– Delivery of fantastic customer service
