Architectural Assistant

Architectural Assistant required for an Architectural Practice based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Assistant to join an expanding, well established Architectural Practice. My client is looking for an Assistant Architect who has experience in working within the construction industry, residential experience would be beneficial. The successful candidate for this position will have an Architectural degree or equivalent.

My client specialises on a range of sectors including residential and commercial. This is an opportunity for a passionate Architectural Assistant who has strong communication skills, both written and verbal. An Architectural Assistant who is part 1 qualified or higher would be advantageous.

Architectural Assistant Overview

* Complete detailed drawings using AutoCAD
* Prepare and present feasible reports and design proposals to clients
* Advise on the nature and quality of materials needed
* Control projects from start to finish
* Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction

Architectural Assistant Requirements

* Previous experience of working as an Architectural Assistant
* Great eye for detail
* A technical background would be beneficial
* Proficient in Vectorworks
* Degree qualified or equivalent
* Proven knowledge of AutoCAD
* Live in the London area

Architectural Assistant Remuneration

* £26,000+ Salary
* 28 days holiday
* Pension
