Architectural Assistants / Technologist

This small practice, including nine design staff and the office dog are based close to Wimbledon and just 25 minutes from London Waterloo are recruiting an Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technologist for their friendly team.
Mainly working upon residential projects, particularly small to mid scale apartment complexes, they also work on commercial, community and charity projects.

We are supporting them find an individual who can work through all stages and with a good working understanding of planning applications, buildings regulations and producing tender documentation.

Software skills required are Vectorworks proficiency with Sketchup, Rhino, V-ray, Photoshop and InDesign also used regularly in the practice.
