R3 Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Depot Supervisor to work in a busy transport and warehouse environment for a client close to Heathrow Airport. This exciting opportunity is a new role to support a busy Transport Office.

We are looking to recruit a Warehouse/Depot Supervisor with previous FMCG experience to join our well known client in Feltham.
Our client supplies products to best known restaurants and hotels in the country and they are looking to add an experienced Warehouse Supervisor into their operation. This role involves working in a fast paced environment with orders being placed daily from clients across the UK. Our client aims to provide an extremely high level of service to their customers and the must be successful in a competitive industry.

The successful warehouse supervisor will be responsible for the smooth running of the despatch team and controlling drivers, managing problems and brining in successful ways of working to improve the transport operation.
The warehouse supervisor will ensure the client has a driver for every delivery every day
You will monitor the overall performance of the despatch team and addresses any problems or weaknesses.
The supervisor will present solutions to problems consistently to ensure the operation functions at all times.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to carry out the following key duties:

Planning staff Rotas
Experience of managing a team of drivers
Managing and controlling drivers holiday requests
Route planning
Experience of managing employee relations issues
