Regional HR Bp

Salary: £19.51 – £21.6 per hour

Our client is a large FMCG organisation with sites across the UK, that have recently gone through substantial change. This role provides senior HR support to sites across the south west region. Others aspects of the role include remote staff management/ support to the HR Advisor, senior ER support and project work. This is starting ASAP and based from home, with some travel. As restrictions ease, the role will still be based from home but with 40-60% travel per week

Key responsibilities

* Senior ER support – coach, support and advise site managers / SLT on complex ER matters

* Relationship building – constant communication with internal and external stakeholders

* Supporting various projects including; employee engagement, change management, staff retention etc

* Staff management of a HR/ ER Advisor

* Essential travel to sites if need (travel expensed)

Skills & qualifications

* A proven relationship builder. A strong communicator (phone, email, face to face).

* Staff management experience

* Previous senior ER support /

* High volume multi-site volume ER environment experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Able to travel

* Previous experience within multi-site/ fast paced/ ever-changing sector

This is a Monday to Friday role /37.5 hours a week
