Customer Services Operatives £26,000 – £29,347.5 per year required:-

– 2 x operatives on a F/T Temporary-permanent basis

– 2 x operatives on an 8 week F/T temporary basis.

– Evening and weekend staff P/T 12-20 hours per week

Do you live in Tamworth? Or, on the outskirts of Tamworth and have access to your own transport?

If so, our client is looking for 2 temporary-permanent and 2 x 8 week temporary staff to work 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am-6pm and also evening and weekend staff to work 12-20 hours. The busy and friendly Contact Centre is located in modern offices. Immediate start.

Hourly rate £26,000 – £29,347.5.

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their enquiries.

Updating customer records

Dealing with queries and identifying customer needs.

Experience:

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent telephone manner

IT literate

Previous contact centre experience not essential as full training will be provided
