Employment Law Paralegal

Our client, a large and very well established Top 100 law firm, is looking to recruit an experienced Employment Law Paralegal to work at their busy Bristol based office.

This role offers the successful candidate a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded firm with offices located throughout London and the South West.

In addition to having had relevant experience and being educated to LPC level, candidates will be required to demonstrate:

– Good oral and written communication skills.
– The ability to present technical legal issues in a clear and professional manner.
– Strong commercial awareness and focus.
– Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
– The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
– The ability to be flexible and pragmatic with a problem solving approach, the ability to think laterally and to develop ideas in relation to business opportunities and training.
