Pertemps are currently recuiting for a Quality Controller to join our well established client based in Wrexham.

The main job duties include:
As the Quality Controller, you’ll report to the Quality Manager and will be primarily accountable for being an active member of the quality team, based in the factory, you will be the gatekeeper for all products produced on-site.

• Completing production paperwork ensuring full traceability is maintained and that products are produced to specification.
• Working closely with the quality and production functions to drive improvement and compliance.
• Managing according to schedule and production plan.
• Investigating non-conformances.
• Understanding of colour matchings preferred.
• QC testing methods.
• Viscosity Testing.

The Candidate:
The ideal person for this Quality Controller role will have relevant background in assisting in maintaining the quality and safety systems in place and making sure they are followed in the factories and making suggestions for improvement to the Quality Manager.

• Ensuring the site is always audit-ready and assisting with external, 3rd party, and customer audits.
• Ensuring GMP (good manufacturing practice) is always followed
