Are you passionate about music and love going to music festivals and events? Are you educated to degree level and have events or marketing experience? This role is an exciting opportunity to use your marketing and events experience and be able to attend music festivals as part of your role!

Our client are an international experiential marketing company and are recruiting a Field Manager to operate in the North region. The role is primarily field and home based with regular visits to the London Office.

This is an exciting position where you will be working with a specific brand; researching events and in particular festivals, lifestyle events and music events where the product will be promoted and sold. You will be assisting with production logistics pre, during and post events and also look at competitor stands and creating new contacts with promoters to gather information and present back to the Account Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic graduate with a keen interest in music and experience working within a field based role to join an exciting company in a varied position.

Your duties will include:

* Presenting events and budget forecasts

* You will negotiate event logistics and site location to ensure maximum coverage

* Collating and managing weekly lists of events with tickets available for each event

* You will attend contracted events for the set up working alongside the production company

* Presenting and writing up detailed event reports for each event attended with location, genre, SWOT analysis and brand activity

* You will attend competitor events and write up a report on their activity

* Creating and updating the Event Calendar

* You will create, update and analyse sales figures within your territory

* Bi monthly meetings in London or in Sheffield with the Account Director, Production team and client to discuss potential events and present new findings

The successful candidate will be proactive, motivated and passionate about events with a keen interest in Music. Ideally you will be a graduate with an events or marketing background. You will have confident presentations skills, be self-motivated and a strong relationship builder. You must also possess the following skills and experience:

* Educated to degree level ideally in an Events related subject

* Strong Microsoft Office skills

* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal

* The ability to negotiate, organise and prioritise

* Passion for events and nightlife

* Strong organisational skills

* You will be willing to travel frequently within the UK

* Full Clean UK driving license

* Willingness to work unsociable hours and at times from home

* Proactive, self-motivated and a team player
