PERMANENT SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER 35K OTE 52K COMPANY CAR + BENEFITS SOUTH EAST LONDON
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced sales and marketing manager to join a large company covering the South East and London territory on a permanent basis paying up to £42,000 basic with an expected OTE of £52K. This role is based within a large care company and you will be selling private care home packages to the elderly with this in mind candidates must be personable and ethical in their approach to the sell.
Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area driving business into the community
Lead generation
Direct sales of the care home packages to customers and their families
Responsible for KPIS and sales targets based on new move ins
Facilitating the move in process and experience and managing to occupancy and sales goals
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Proficient skills in Microsoft office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working within a healthcare admissions or an independent/assisted living organisation would be an advantage but is not essential
Ability to work flexible hours and if needed weekends
