Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

Allied Recruitment (Trades & Labour Division ) is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to start immediately at our head office in Harlow, Essex.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a busy recruitment environment, with career development to grow into a trainee consultant and beyond.

Previous experience is preferred but not essential.

Candidates must:

• Be confident.
• Be organised.
• Have a good phone manner.
• Have a keen attitude.
• Be proficient in using Microsoft office.
• Have ability to prioritise workload.
• Be punctual and have good time management skills.
• Have a full UK driving licence and own transport.

Duties Include:

• Resourcing candidates and ensuring competence for a range of jobs within the construction industry.
• Updating database and keeping a record of available candidates.
• Keep the system with current working operatives up to date.
• Compiling detailed notes on candidates who have worked for us.
• Providing administrative support.
• Providing feedback to candidates.
• Developing an understanding of different trades and market rates within the construction industry.

Starting Salary:

• £18k- 20k
