A leading company in Specialist Recruitment based in bright and modern offices are looking to expand their team with three Resourcers. The objective of this role is to assist Account Managers, delivery consultants and Niche brands by sourcing high quality candidates for live requirements (Contract or Permanent recruitment).

Role Duties and Responsibilities:

-Resourcing high calibre skilled candidates within agreed timescales.
-Presenting CV’s using best practice.
-Assisting with administration and candidate care for current contractors if required.
-Assisting the Account manager(s) in Qualifying and verifying Customer job requirement specifications when required.
-Advertising vacancies and managing own advertising budget.
-Resourcing skilled candidates to match requirements.
-Candidate vetting
-Interviewing and technical evaluation of candidates.
-Arranging customer interviews and managing feedback.
-Rate negotiation and reviews, using customer rate cards if appropriate.
