Receptionist

With this temporary role we can offer free parking, a fast paced, busy environment and beautiful office space located next door to one of the best cafes in the area so you’ll never go hungry.

The working hours are 09:00am – 17:30pm Monday – Friday

We will require you commit to a minimum of 4 weeks, with the possibility for an extension.

You will be supporting staff within target driven roles, therefore you must be resilient and possess exceptional customer service skills.

You will be assisting customers with complex queries by fact finding and taking down information as required, finding the answer and get back to the customer; you will complaint handle where required.

It is imperative that you are confident and come with previous experience of working a busy reception or contact centre.

In addition, you must be a driver with own transport due to the location.
