Chef De Parties and Sous Chefs

We are currently seeking a Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs for a interim contracts in a 4 star Hotel in the Reading area.

The ideal candidate will:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Assist with the daily running of the kitchen brigade effectively to ensure a well-organised and motivated team
Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
Manage customer relations when necessary
Ensure resources meet business needs through the effective management of working rotas
Manage food cost control
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards

These positions are available immediately for 40-48 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.
