Junior Project coordinator

Salary – £26,400
Location – Central London
OVERVIEW – to manage the day to day workload of a high profile retail packaging account, supporting a team of account / project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support a team of project and account managers in all aspects of the booking in, artwork and repro process.
* Answering client queries accurately and efficiently in order to allow the artwork to progress.
* Based in a studio based environment working on a major retail packaging account.
* Working alongside the studio and production manager with being responsible for prioritising workload and effectively managing time to ensure artwork deadlines are met.

EXPERIENCE

* Previous experience in a co-ordination / admin based role is a MUST.
* Adobe illustrator experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
* Excellent time keeping and management.
* Strong communication skills at various levels.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in a co-ordination / admin based role.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Friendly and charismatic attitude.
