Business Development Manager

Adecco Kendal are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client a Business Development Manager, the purpose of this role is to identify, target and develop new business revenue opportunities and seek opportunities for account development within those new opportunities

You will be responsible for;
Pro-actively researching and sourcing potential business opportunities and contacts
Following up business leads and identifying new sales opportunities
Managing newly developed business accounts whilst building new relationships
Will involve attending workshops UK and abroad
Ensuring all contracts are negotiated to agreed terms and all documentation in place

You will be a strong negotiator with exceptional communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority. Be proactive and self motivated
Have a clean driving licence and be IT literate
