Salary: £27,600 – £36,000 per year
Our client runs an independent and high quality beauty salon based in East Grinstead. They offer a range of therapies and treatments, including various types of massage; facial, skin and laser treatments; brows and lashes; holistic therapies and more.
They are currently looking to recruit an accomplished Beauty Manager to join their team and drive the business to greater success.
We are looking for candidates who are ideally trained in some of the following:
Facials & Skin care (Decleor)
Massage
Lava Shell (Shared Beauty Secrets)
Laser (Lynton)
Eyelash/eyebrow tinting
Lash lift (Lash Lift)
Manicures/pedicures (Jessica)
Waxing inc intimate (Lycon/Australian Bodycare)
Make Up (Mii)
The above is an ideal but we are happy to consider candidates who are experienced within other product houses.
We are looking to recruit a NVQ Level 3 qualified individual, with previous management experience or in an assistant role wanting to advance. You must have excellent commercial, organisational and people management skills. We are looking for candidates who are committed to a long term project and continue the successful development of the brand.
